To have the opportunity to work with someone as transparent and inspiring as Amanie is truly a life changing event. Even to this day she is one of my mentors. I learned so much here and wouldnt have changed a single thing about my experience with Synaptic.

I loved working at Synaptic! Incredible mentorship that helped me grow professionally and personally. The positive upbeat environment makes it even easier to push to be the best version of myself. Also love the pay structure was best of both worlds with a base and bonus !
