Rockside Family Dental Care

I have went to this dental office for over 25 years. I haven't ever been disappointed. The staff (EVERYONE) is always kind and respectful. And the service is also very good, the best equipment, everything is always explained. The office areas and procedure rooms are clean. I give their service five stars!

I recently had a root canal and temporary crown done here and was worked on by Dr. Gibson, who I have not worked with before (Dr. Carmichael and his former associate always worked on me when I was younger, and Dr. Gibson was not part of their practice at the time). She and Dr. Jeran did wonderful work diagnosing and handling things. Dr Gibson was thorough in explaining what happened to the tooth, the options available, and giving me all the details I could ask for when making the decision on a crown vs implants vs removal. Dr. Jeran was truly a master of his field in doing the root canal, and was able to work around my medical needs to make the procedure nearly painless, and also very comfortable. After getting my temporary crown yesterday, I was surprised to get a call today from their office. Even more so, I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Gibson calling to follow up personally to ensure I was not in any discomfort following the procedure. Truly a wonderful touch of class, and speaks volumes of how they view their patients. My family has used this office for all of our dental needs for nearly 40 years, and I will do so for as long as I am in this area.
