        Bad place to live they lie to u and everything avoid this place had to call lawyer to get money bad and lawyer said yes there well known u cause problems

        If i could give them no stars I would. We liveat Four Seasons owned by AIY in Youngstown and went without heat for two days while it was -20 degrees outside. Maintenance told us to bundle up because they didnt believe that our address was part of the complex and that they werent coming (it was, we live in a townhouse owned by AIY maintenance just didnt know where our street was apparently). Weve told them multiple times our front window was bad and let in air and rain, they told us to wrap it. We still continued to get water when it rains. Our bathtub is coming apart and theres mold in the bathroom. They caulked the tub and called it a day. We lived here three years and both got jobs in cleveland, we gave them more than the required 60 days notice and asked to leave one month earlier than our lease and were unwilling to work with us at all regardless of us never missing rent and never having a single issue or complaint FROM THEM. Dont rent from them. Nothing is taken care of, nothing is updated, nothing is maintained. Theyll throw some paint on the walls and call it new. They dont care about their tenants in the slightest. If i could stop anyone from renting here i would.
