I took my son I pad in from Santa to be fixed by them which Verizon told me to take to them. This is how I received my I pad back. I went to pick up the I pad 3 times all 3 times there was a sign on door saying because lack of employees were closed. Finally catch them on the 4th time sorry u didnt come within 90 days so we sold all your parts. The guy behind the counter told me they were closed all of November and December. Do not use if u dont have to.

Dropped off right before they closed to fix my sons damaged hdim port on his xbox he took it right back said it'll take 3 to 5 days and the very next morning they were already calling saying it was ready for pickup!
