The staff has a wealth of knowledge on everything outdoors. They have a very large selection of plants. The gift shop is great for shopping for unique gifts and local made products from various artists. Don't forget the birds! The Greensmith has a whole building just for bird products! I've been a patron here for over 10yrs, and they have always been nothing but helpful and friendly.

What a GEM of a place! Started in the Fall when I (duh) didn't bring home enough leaves to feed my larva (I raise butterflies) They we're the only place that helped me. I have 'help sml business' syndrome, and visited in Dec. They have an amazing selection of X-mas stuff, unusual pet gifts and a unique array of off-humor gifts. Went to both places and everyone (literally) was Great. Thanks and a Happy New Year to all!!!
