This is another restroom at the top of the hill, used by patrons of the East Shore Marina and Docks and other Park Visitors. Run by ODNR, Div. of Sate Parks. By modern standards: NASTY! An example of deferred maintenance or NO Maintenance across decades. Local Park people do what they can with zero funding from Columbus, it seems. Always another priority for St. of Ohio, even though they happily take tens of thousands of dollars in dock rental.
...And now the Docks are broken, not useable for lots of people who paid to rent them.
