        This US Bank branch is garbage. The service is terrible. Don't waste your time calling them call another branch. I've had multiple bad experiences with this garbage branch!!! If you live in Hillsboro ohio need good service from a bank there are much better options.

        Not sure why I see reviews that are so low, this branch has been nothing short of helpful and knowledgeable. I have my business account with them and personal accounts with them. Never had an issue, but Im positive that if one arose that it would be taken care of in a timely manner. Great place to have your money.

        They do nothing to help their customers and fail to inform anyone of delays and or charges . Pick another bank to do business with ....other us banks in other towns have been ok , but Hillsboro ohio branch is the worst of them all .
