It was a big disappointment having physical therapy at that location. I followed PT specialist advises and in one of the moves he told me to do, my injury got REALLY worsen. He asked me to kick a soccer ball and this hurt my quadrceps. I was on the ground immediately because of a great amount of pain. In my particular case unfortunately I have to say this: I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN! On my last visit I walked in just fine. I walked out in pain and limping! I should know better trying to treat a soccer injury with that kind of physician.

I worked with Marcus for 6 or 7 sessions and he's an incredible therapist. Very knowledgable and easy to talk to. When prescribing exercise, he'll give you the reasoning behind each one. I highly recommend him and this facility to anyone that finds themself in need of physical therapy.

This place is amazing-from the receptionist to the therapists. First off, it has great energy and good vibes. You can tell the staff enjoy working there and theyre all positive and seem happy. The receptionist, Felicia is amazing. Shes incredibly kind, and very charismatic, and so willing to help and go the extra mile. I had a bad experience at another OSU outpatient rehab facility and they were able to get me in with a therapist who specialized in my injury within a weeks time. Chris, my therapist is very skilled, articulate, and great at helping you understand whats going on in your body and with your injury. The first session felt more helpful to me than 5 weeks of sessions at the other location. Very much would recommend them to any friends or loved ones!

I highly recommend the OSU Bo Jackson Elite Sports complex and Marcus Williams, PT! Marcus was my therapist this year, helping me rehab my shoulder from rotator cuff tendinitis. Marcus was always very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We chatted during every session, putting me at ease and distracting me during the tough exercises, and he always explained each exercise thoroughly, helping me understand the purpose behind each exercise, how best to perform them, and when/how to continue each exercise after rehab. Marcus also took into account my current lifestyle and activities (volleyball ~3+ nights a week!) and provided me with a detailed program for strength training exercises to help my shoulder even after therapy. The facility was always clean and has numerous machines/equipment to assist with all therapy/rehab needs.

I have been a patient here for around a month and both the facility and staff have greatly exceeded expectations. I am rehabbing an injury that I have unfortunately had before on another leg and I feel that I am ahead of where I was with my previous injury in the same time frame. The facility has all of the equipment you would need and the staff are fantastic. Mitch has been awesome to work with and has been a huge help. He answers all of your questions and gives you advice and exercises that speed up your recovery, all with a smile on his face! He makes going to physical therapy as enjoyable as it can be given the circumstances. I would highly recommend this facility to former and current athletes looking to recover and get back on the field stronger than they were before their injury.
