I want to publicly thank the team at the Hilliard location: Ms. Jess, Ms. Laketa and Mr. Chuck (I hope I have their names correct) for their outstanding customer service and attention this morning. I was asked to pickup a print job that I thought I was simply walking in and picking up but due to miscommunications from my organization, the order wasn't ready. The team understood the need for the urgency and rushed to help get ready for me. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! I needed that extra support and professionalism this morning.

I was there on a Thursday at near closing time. Had a poster printed out. The lady at the printing department helped me amazingly

Chuck in printing really dropped the ball. I spoke with him through phone and email on Thursday about a simple print order needed for my baby shower. He assured me they would be done by Sunday morning, the day of my shower. I hadnt received a call about the order so I call to check the status. The order wasnt done, the person there didnt know the details of what I wanted because Chuck did not even start or inform others about the order, and i ended up having to print and cut everything myself for a very special day of mine. I wont be bringing my business here anymore.

Very clean, well stocked. I actually went in to return items from a another online relator, and they accepted it because they're UPS Shipping Center (so the return was through UPS, but handled by the staff). They were pleasant and I was in and out, happily. I WILL say that if REALLY DOES HELP to have your information ready, such as packing labels already printed out and, if you can, a box ready for it to just be taped and scanned. Thanks Staples, I was worried this would take awhile, but Lauren did a great job!!
