During the latest rain/wind storm my sump pump stopped working. It was late in the day on Friday and my well was filling up. Noah was able to come out with in 2 hrs after i called and got everything fixed and good to go. He checked the lines outside as well to make sure everything was working properly. Worst plumbers ever! 1. He threw zip ties and other trash into the pit potentially clogging the pump or trapping the float switches. Causing a flood hazard. 2. He installed the back up pump below the regular pump causing it to run continuously. Risking burning it out or destroying the battery. 3. He left LIVE wires hanging from the battery as a fire or shock hazard. 4. He never closed the pit and small children are in the house. 5. I called the company to complain but no one answered. 6. Never retied any if the wires or lines he cut so they were wrapped around the pumps blocking float switches and flood risk. 7. Added boggas charges to my bill. I told Harmony Pumbers yesterday when they called me about extra charges that I was not willing to pay any. The representative said exta charges were for pipe modification and when I asked what modification he could not explain. I explained there was already an existing pump and he just needed to replace it. Nothing requiring pipe modification outside standard install. He answered ok and that he would send the tech back to do the job. I went to examine the job today and it was the worst plumbing I have ever seen! Service: Sump pump repair

I had to urgently fix a leak coming from my shower floor and possibly from toilet too. Since my reliable plumber as out of town and scheduled to return only after 2 weeks, I got reference from a neighbor who had used this person named Abraham. He came with a partner quickly as he lived closeby. As first said two of my toilets needed new flange and will charge me only $275 each (total $550). Talked very sweet as if it was best deal for such huge job to remove toilet, cut open rusty flange, etc. After I agreed, he simply removed toilet and said flange was perfect, but it needs greasy cushion to stop leak. He only deducted $75 for not needing to replace flange. Same thing for other toilet. All done within an hour and he took the money, promised me to send repair bill same day via SMS. Also, kept saying he gives 10 years warranty whereas other plumbers will not even give 1 yr. He has NOT sent me any repair bill that I need for tax and home warranty purpose. Our home warranty company can reimburse it ONLY if I get repair bill. But this fellow will no longer take my call or respond to my SMS. Feels like I got scammed by him. Service: Toilet repair

Less than 1 star not available. Mike came out and did nothing but turn on the kitchen sink and look at the drain pipe in the basement. In his "experienced opinion", the pipe was frozen. He then said he had to get authorization and left. 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours later he called and said that my warranty company wouldn't cover an act of God since it was frozen. It is a drain pipe, there is no where for water to stand to freeze. I used the sink for doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen less than an hour before water started backing up. This guy got paid his $100 +/- from the warranty company and left. Husband tried to snake the drain and surprise, it can't get past the clean out in the basement, he got past the area Mike said was frozen. Still no water, still not fixed. Delays due to Mike's lazy excuse of frozen pipe and taking the money and leaving, Now I have to argue with the warranty company about a second opinion due to this man's inability to take 20 minutes to do the job he was paid to do.
