Dr. Kylene H. Fernandez, DDS

Kylene Fernandez was my kids dentist (3 kids) since they had teeth. We recently moved and I took my daughter to another dentist in our area for a cleaning. I was told that she would need to have a filling. I then called to schedule an appointment only to be told that because we went to another dentist for a cleaning, she would no longer see my daughter. NO LIE! I was confused, but the receptionist went on to say that Dr Fernandez would like to be responsible for ALL the caremeaning get all the money. Ive never had any issues with the dentist, and I trusted her with my sons braces yet I decided to go to an orthodontist for my daughter's treatment. NOW getting a cleaning outside her practice is the issue. This is terrible and a shady way to conduct business. Just be careful because If you see another dentist, she will kick you out, or maybe it was just me.

She is a great pediatric dentist. Her staff is awesome. Highly recommend her.

All three of my children have gone to Dr. Kylene since they were little - for both cleanings/general care and ortho. I can't recommend Dr. Ky and her staff highly enough. They are always running on time, extremely family friendly, and make my kids totally comfortable with the treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pediatric orthodontist/dentistry.

Ive been seeing Dr. Fernandez for 20 years now and have had nothing shy of a great experience. Family friendly, patient, listens to your concerns and explains everything very throughly. I couldnt recommend her more. She really cares how you as a patient are doing above business!

The most ridiculous/unorganized experience Ive ever had with a dental care provider. After my son had a cleaning in October of last year, they scheduled my son for another cleaning on March 2nd. They subsequently call a few days before March 2nd saying not to come in because that appointment was scheduled too close to the preceding one and that I should push it out to April , and THEN sent me a letter the following week stating that my son missed his March 2nd appointment and could no longer receive care at their facility. They were literally the ones telling me not to come lol. I still have the voicemails. They then proceeded to text me multiple times afterwards asking why I hadnt made a new appointment . This dental care provider cannot tell the right hand from the left, and there are MUCH better options in this area (ie. Smile Hilliard or Hilliard Pediatric). Steer clear.
