Bill is extremely thorough, courteous and adept professional. He is also every personable which helps customers get comfortable with him and his business. Phenomenal loan officer. I have recommended Bill to clients for well over 15 years now and he has yet to let my clients down. When he gives a pre-approval you can count on it and he get loans closed on time and as promised. I know every Realtor out there has their favorites, but you need to meet Bill and see the level of service he provides. The best lender I have ever worked with.
