I had the pleasure of recently working with such an individual - Adam Burton! Thanks to Adam and his advice, we finally sold our house within a week at the exact price that Adam had recommended. Adam is dedicated, hard-working, and attentive - everything we could have wanted in a realtor. We met Adam because he was the listing agent on a home we viewed. Although we didn't end up purchasing that home, we continued working with Adam throughout our home buying search. We were admittedly very picky clients looking for our forever home in an incredibly undersaturated market, but Adam was patient with us throughout the entire process. He helped counsel us on the best strategies to use when we were putting in offers, which helped us secure our preferred home out of the many that we viewed. When it came time to sell our existing home, Adam's marketing strategy led to two full days of showings and multiple offers over-asking within one weekend. When we ran into an administrative issue with our bank that threatened to push back our closing date, Adam worked closely with our loan officer to quickly find a solution so that we could close on time. I do not think our home buying and selling process would have gone as smoothly had we not had such a knowledgable realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Adam Burton is a great Realtor! In a competitive market you need a hardworking and direct partner to get your home sold. Adam worked with me for several months on prepping my home, working through analyzing comparable houses nearby, and finally on the actual staging, showing and sale itself to make it a truly seamless and pleasant experience.
Selling a home can be stressful enough, but Adam was very conscientious through the process. Adam was direct and worked through all the scenarios with me and answered every question thoughtfully and directly. The decision was mine in the end, but Adam was a great partner throughout the entire process. I had several options and choices to make, but Adam guided me through all my choices seamlessly and with minimal stress.
I cannot recommend Adam enough for selling your house! He is hands on and deeply engaged with his clients. Truly a great experience.

I cannot say enough about the experience we had selling our home with Adam Burton. First he had our house measured, it was larger than we thought, he brought in a professional stager and photographer to make the house present well, then he went over his suggested strategy to help us maximize our price in the shortest time period. The house sold in one day and over list price as he anticipated. Lastly, Adam was full on through the closing, answering questions and taking care of all the little details. I would recommend him not just for his professionalism but also because of how his personality helped my wife and I feel comfortable through the process. Thanks again Adam!
