My entire experience with Marathon Health was amazing. It was easy to schedule, no waiting, clean/modern office. The receptionist and medical assistant were great. I then saw Elizabeth Hoover (NP) for care and she was phenomenal. She was very thorough and compassionate. It seemed she really cared about me and my condition, I never felt rushed out. She was one of the best medical providers Ive had recently. Best part is they had my medicine in house so I didnt have to go to the pharmacy. Overall my experience was great and will use them again. Thank you Elizabeth!

Staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.I have never waited in the waiting room.

I had my first (and last) appointment with Marathon Health in Hilliard this morning. First thing I walked in and no one was at the reception desk. I waited for several minutes before calling out. Then the receptionist/nurse asked if I had an appointment. I have never been to a medical office where they didnt know who they were expecting. Then she handed me a tablet to fill out my medical history. I had completed this previously online and she tells me that it doesnt transfer. Why did I spend my time doing it then? Following my history, I was taken back to have blood drawn. I have been a regular blood donor and have never had anyone have difficulty finding my veins. This nurse was the first. She then gets the practitioner who decides to use my hand for the blood draw. I had no problem with that until she leaned over into her own light and I could tell she couldnt see my vein in my hand now. It didnt stop her from sticking me and digging to find it. Ive never been to a medical office that was more inept than this one. I have absolutely no confidence in this establishment.
