        Great service! They completely fixed our sprinklers when we moved in and came back several times to make sure we knew how to work the new system.

        I could not schedule an appointment with Custom Touch despite leaving several messages and sending an email. I then hired another company to service my system and Custom Touch is unwilling to refund the amounts I prepaid for services I did not receive. I wish I had never done business with these people, but Cross Creek sold the business to them after I signed the contract for 2023. Cross Creek was not good to begin with but things got worse after the sale. I highly recommend you use a reputable company. Rain One has been great to work with and wish I had known about them from the beginning.

        I have had Larry for spring start-up & backflow inspections and fall system winterization for the last 2 seasons. He is friendly and willing to share information for troubleshooting, how the system works and how things should be done correctly which can be a process when inheriting an existing system. The Custom Touch team is continuing Larry's work and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are in good order. At spring start-up Michael was a star and got my modifications on-line without any issues all season. I would highly recommend Custom Touch Irrigation. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

        They did a nice job fixing our system. Called and diagnosed quick and came back within a day or two and fixed it quick. No issues at all with the service. Repair man was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
