Complete incompetence. I not only had a leaf blower blow in mud and leaves into my town house, but they destroyed a pot, did an atrocious job trimming, and then completely hacked up not 1 but 2 potted blueberry bushes with blueberries actively growing as well as the catnip and strawberries I had growing. They show a complete lack of respect for living things and a complete incompetence of their jobs. They are unpleasant to interact with as well. Called and left a message but I have yet to receive a call back. In my humble opinion I feel this company should reimburse me for my losses. I also think a call to immigration may be in order.

Worked for Andrew while in college. Very good experience with him and worked to make sure customer's need were met.

I purchased a used snow thrower from Andrew. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful. When the blower would not start and run initially as advertise, Andrew followed up and remained communicative. Based on this interaction, if I lived closer I would have no hesitation in establishing service with his business.

Our neighborhood recently switched from Benchmark to ELM. Initially, I was very excited that we changed companies. I couldn't be more disappointed now. ELM didn't edge my mulch beds, hasn't string trimmed after 4 weeks, and has repeatedly scalped the grass in multiple spots. The quality of work is definitely subpar compared to Benchmark.
