It would be more realistic to leave 0 stars. Erie was fine, but choose any other agent. You will not get responses for days or weeks at a time if you go through this guy. Erie corporate will also not help you go through another agent. They will tell you that you have to drop Erie completely to get a new agent. Worst customer service. This is what I ultimately did and it took days because he doesnt respond. Still never received my prorate from my insurance cancellation.

I love Erie insurance but Pat Conley should have been fired by then a long time ago. He doesn't answer the phone most of the time, if you leave a message he doesn't call you back, is rarely able to answer your questions and he has no concern about you at all. The most horrible insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I stayed with Erie they are wonderful agents do too he really doesn't care about the customers

Pat Conley has been there for my family through thick and thin for many years. I cant imagine getting this level of service and genuine compassion with another agent! Erie is fine, but Erie with Conley Insurance is exceptional.
