avid hotel Columbus Northwest - Hilliard, an IHG Hotel

Anyone complaining about this hotel aren't being very honest about the value to cost. The hotel breakfast with free coffee is great. The pool is fine for the price. No cost for parking. Tons of restaurants, grocery store, ice cream shops all within a quick drive make this hotel a 5/5 for value. Its not a luxury hotel and you should demand that from this hotel.

We stayed on this hotel for one night. Its a really clean place. The room was neat and we had everything we needed. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast fast but convenient to grab something to eat and keep going. The staff was very polite and oriented to service. The next day I called to inquired for an item I misplaced and Sam was very polite and caring, even found someone to the room to check when I asked and called me back. I definitely recommend this place.

Second time Ive stayed that the room was vile.. chunks of bloody skin and hair on the bed upon checkin.. I dont get it.. front desk will change your room obviously but this shouldnt be happening and if my employer didnt mandate we stay in this hotel Id never stay there again..

Rooms: Large & very clean. Basic TV and WiFi worked but other features didn't. More storage for other would be good. Food & drinks: Excellent selection of basic breakfast food with fresh ground coffee although orange juice was very watered down. Good selection to grab and go also. Noteworthy details: Very noisy during night from nearby road

The room was clean and nice overall. The shower and toiletries were good. Front Desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool is pretty small and only 4 feet deep at the deepest but the kids seemed to still enjoy it. Breakfast was decent - continental style with some pre-packaged Jimmy Dean sandwiches, breads, muffins, croissants, yogurt, and cereal. Location was convenient for our purposes and easy to get to as well.
