      image This Tuesday Morning store is my favorite hub for beautiful home decors and essentials; however, lately a wrong refund made me visit twice with the assistant manager, whose lack of knowledge about customer service left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Customers should be listened to carefully when they have complaints accompanied by documentation. Unfortunately, this assistant manager insisted to prove me wrong even though I presented purchase receipts, refund receipts, and credit card statement. Math knowledge, listening, and understanding are traits that invite customers back. Otherwise, loss of a customer will be detrimental to a retail store.
