They did quick work swaping my AR parts out for me. Price was very reasonable especially with that quick of a turnaround.

The work they do is done well, they seem to be very skilled at their craft. The waiting period on the other hand is excruciatingly long. Ive had two slides cut for an optic to be added. One on a Glock 19, and another on a Glock 26. When I dropped them off each one was quoted to be done in 2 weeks. The 19 took just under 5 weeks, and the 26 was just completed in just under 6 weeks. Again if it wasnt for the good work they did on both optic cuts the 3 star rating would easily be a 1 star rating. Needless to say simply because of the waiting period (not the customer service or work done) Im more than likely not a return customer.

On 4/14/2023 I dropped off my Glock 43 x slide to have it milled for a red dot site. I was told it would be several weeks. I called a couple times to check the status, the last time June 2nd. I was told at that time that the slide was next, and they would have it done in a couple days. I did not hear from them, so I called June 7th, and was told that the owner was moving the shop, and that he could not contact me until next Tuesday. The person that I spoke with (to paraphrase) If you don't like it, you can just pick up your slide and red dot. So, I did. They were moving out of the store, but I did get my slide and red dot back. This is my opinion, but this is poor customer service when someone other than the owner cannot give the customer information or a timeline.

On April 14th, 2023, I had dropped off my Glock 43 x to have it milled for a red dot site. I called a couple times to check on it, the last time was June 1, 2023. I was told at that time that my slide was the next to be done. After not hearing anything, I called on June 7th and was told that the owner would have to get back to me but could not until next Tuesday. Moreover, the employee told me that they were in the process of moving the store. This concerned me since no one had mentioned moving in the past. He also told me that he could not help me, and I could just pick up my slide and red dot. It is just my opinion, but customer service is sort of lacking with Standard Arms. I would not recommend this company. If I could, I would rate this a "zero stars" for lack of communication and lack of customer service.
