They are always able to get me in whenever I need, and I barely have to wait when I arrive. Dr. Sullivan is always very nice and so is his receptionist Mandy! They make you feel like family there. Also love getting to see Mandys dog when I go in. She always comes and sits by me for pets while I wait to get adjusted. Dr. Sullivan has helped a lot with my neck and back pain, and is helping me to get my neck back to the shape it should be. When I wasnt on my current insurance yet, he gave me my first appointment for free since there was a miscommunication as far as my insurance. He also always makes sure that I know when my insurance runs out and makes sure that I dont come in more than need be, so that Im not having to spend a lot.

At 59 years old, this was my first time ever to visit a chiropractor. Dr. Mark has patiently answered all of my questions and treated me very respectfully. I have a clear plan moving forward and have seen much improvement. His staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent experience for me.
