        For being such a large place, it is always so quiet! I also appreciate the constant cleanliness of the grounds. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome!

        We just moved into the Greyson a week ago but so far have had a great experience and are really looking forward to using the amenities as time goes on! Sharon was a huge help throughout our entire process from start to finish with great communication!

        Overall a good place to live but that PEM electric bill is so high for no reason when they are just using AEP electric. Its a scam my neighbor just got a 700 bill FOR ONE MONTH OF SERVICE!!! Absolutely outrageous!!!
