This place fails to clean the common areas. There is a massive goose problem around one of the lakes and the property managers do not care even though 20 people have complained. I also went into the Goat for dinner and sat at the bar, not one person came to see if I wanted a menu or a drink in 15 minutes. This place has been completely ran into the ground. It was once a great place to live. Not any more sadly.

I've lived here for over a year now and have honestly loved almost everything. The community is great and I feel safe in the area. The office & maintenance crew always responds promptly. The biggest complaint is the utilities bill.. You have to use NEP for electric and they hike up the prices. I live in a 1B 1B and I pay between $250-$300 every month for electric, water, and community charges. Electric alone is always $150-$250 of those charges. I've lived in much larger apartments (2-3 beds/baths) over the years with roommates and have NEVER paid that much. I probably wouldn't have signed here had I known how much the utilities bill was going to be.

The office staff are excellent and very responsive.

Grounds are well landscaped & prompt attention to maintenance requests are done & we are kept up to date on progress.
