Above and beyond professional and helpful. I was working with a contractor directly and Bob Genovese from Pella went the extra mile to come to my house to double check everything. He even checked with me after to make sure everything was perfect. Will certainly be doing more business with Bob in the future and recommending to everyone. 5+ stars!! I am remodeling my bathroom and I needed a new window for in there. Bob Genovese came out to my house and measured for the window and talked with me about my options and asked what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about Pella Windows and he was friendly.
