Vince and Toby arrived out and were thorough. Vince showed me the leaking area of the pipe (bath). Also showed me the pipe after removingto illustrate just how awful the pipe was (close to a major leak). They were fielded lots of questions from me.

Billy arrived on time with a colleague and patiently interacted with my house warranty upon request. I was able to leave him in my home while I went to take an exam with no worries. He completed quality work, left a clean space afterwards, and was responsive the entire time. Thank you Billy Moss!
