2 out of 3 years I have had my taxes done with them resulted in mistakes on city and federal amounts which cost me a penalty in city one year.

My husband and I paid Cindy Lucko to file my taxes and unbeknown to me, she forgot to claim my income. I take partial responsibility because I shouldve reviewed the paperwork more thoroughly. We moved to Florida 6yrs ago, but continued to use her services and I guess I trusted her too much. Once the IRS reached out to me, it was like Cindy dropped of the face of this earth. I have left several messages, text and emails to no avail. I am being charged nearly $8000 because of her mistake and all I requested was that she pay me back the $250 I paid her to file since she was negligent in doing so. Cindy is very unprofessional in her lack of response to this matter and cannot be trusted. Beware, you dont want to end up in my position!

My wife and I have been going here for 5 years now to file our taxes. They are very helpful, and professional in what they do. Cindy Lukco, who is the tax preparer, is always very timely and thorough and is always open to answer any questions we might havw. Thank you for another pleasant experience, see you next year!
