I called a month or so prior to my service to get a quote on a timing chain replacement. They took the model year and told me it would be $1,700. I dropped the car and they confirmed the cost would be $1,700 plus tax. I left and was called with in 10minutes and told the repair would cost $2,200? They said they realized that the car had a high pressure fuel pump? I told them I brought the car from another town because they were the lowest quote I could find. The adviser then told me he could knock it down to $2,000, which was $300 more than the original quote. They did however install a new fan belt which was not included in the original cost estimate. The repair was completed and seemed very professionally done. The engine was cleaned and the car runs well. They originally told me the job would take about 4-5 hours. They called late in the day and informed me they did not have the gaskets on hand to complete the job so the car would not be done till the next day. The next day they called and said the car was done but recommended it stay there over night so the gasket sealant could dry. All in all the job cost me $300 more than estimated and took two additional days. The job completed seems to have been well done. I will go back for any repair needs, however, I will ask for a firm quote in writing.

The Service rep Louis Romero did a professional job of detailing my car problems which was a major repair over $3500 . Very knowledgeable and very resourceful in educating me on my repairs needed. Felt comfortable with mechanic Jay Whitehead and the car performs like new. Thanks
