        This is the only shop we trust to work on our BMW! As a mechanic myself, I often don't have time (nor the energy) to work on my wife's car. Howland Autohaus has always been reasonably priced, very professional, and most importantly, HONEST.         Id been struggling with getting an accurate diagnosis on my VW CC and was recommended to Howland. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. I last minute had to change my appointment time and they completely understood and still allowed me to bring it later. Not only did they get to the bottom of the numerous problems we were having with my car, they also resolved all of them in a timely manner. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!
