IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD!! After catching a mistake on my W-2 form that I wasnt able to fix on my own, I reached out to Jeremy at Haven for help. Over several days he walked me through what I needed to do to and graciously offered to review everything himself. In less than 10 minutes, Jeremy had reviewed and fixed all my problems and got me almost double the refund I was initially set to get. Jeremy was patient, thorough, and professional with each and every interaction I had both over the phone and in person. I cant recommend him enough and will be going straight to him for help filing next year!

I was referred to this gentleman after his father-in-law Steve Alfers was doing alfalfa on our property in Butler County. Needless to say this was his son-in-law and as long as he was screwing us on the price of alfalfa by giving us $100 a cut. Everything was good but as soon as we question his father-in-law from the price we were getting now Jeremy Fraser the owner of this tax service sent me a message complaining that five dollars was taking away from his wifes PayPal account for the taxes he did in 2020 for me I made it right I sent him $5 in the envelope and took it to his house on Stillwell Beckett Road. We had cut all ties with the father-in-law over the alfalfa here we are in 2022 on March 7 we reached out to Jeremy Frazier the owner of Haven tax service LLC sent him a message asking if he was going to be able to do the taxes for us for 2022. NO RESPONSE AS ON3-19-22 Clients beware!!
