As I promised, I used our credit to order again and this time I was pleasantly surprised. They made our order exactly how we ordered it and made sure we had everything we needed. I hope this is a step in the right direction. Thank you Marcos for making it right!

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and this Marcos doesnt seem to be able to follow directions. I ordered one with extra cheese, both well done, both with Parmesan crust, and both with garlic sauce dipping cups. The pizza didnt look like it had an extra cheese. Both were not well done, nor did either have Parmesan crust and neither had the garlic sauce dipping cups. I stop ordering from here about a year ago because they could get orders correct. I thought I would try again but it still seems they havent changed.

Marcos reached out to me and gave me a $25 credit. I will be ordering soon and will update the post accordingly.

Great place to eat my wife and kids have a gluten allergy and they are always very happy to accommodate us and make sure our food is good to go never had a problem food is always delicious anytime you want a pizza that's where we go anytime we want anything from Marcos that's where we go definitely recommend it
