I was recommend this place and Ill pass on the recommendation. Had an alternator replaced on a 2016 Audi. They did a great job and were half the price of the dealer. They got me in and out quick. Josh is also very easy to work with.

I have been wanting to find a reliable, professional, and trustworthy auto repair shop for quite a while so I can quit being a slave to the stealership. I was recommended to Doug's from a friend who had a great experience with them many years ago. I needed a steering part changed on my truck, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I was so impressed with Josh and Steven, from start to finish. They were prompt in returning my message and very courteous on the phone, gave me a ball park price over the phone which turned out to be exactly the bill when I picked my truck up. When I showed up, there was no standing around waiting for someone to help me - they walked right up and took care of everything. They were fast in fixing my truck and had completely fair pricing to do it. I feel like for the first time in a very, very long time - I have a found shop with professional and courteous technicians that I can trust. I will absolutely be back for all the serious repairs that I can't do myself. 5 stars across the board and I recommend them without reservation. Thank you. Service: General repairs & maintenance
