We had our share of problems in buying and building a new house, with all the choices and complexity, but the biggest headache was our lender, who had multiple demands and accomplished nothing. Very late in the game we switched to Division One Lending, and Mark Sipe. Explaining each step and the reasons for his requests of many documents, Mark actually got us to closing in two weeks! Closing was flawless. He got everything done, and took the time to be comforting in the process. I can recommend Mark Sipe without reservation!

I am a realtor and have been using Mark as one of my top three lenders for several years. I also have used him personally for three of my rental properties. Mark is very easy to work with. Hes assessable, has great rates, can get a deal done very quickly, and has the ability to help clients that that other lenders cannot get qualified with. If you are looking for a great experience and a timely closing, I would highly recommend using division one lending.
