        They canceled my sons appointment, didn't call any guardian to let us know. We have been waiting here for HOURS trying to get back in the urgent care. Got here at 10am just to finally get a room and sure we will be waiting hours more just for a physical. Only one lady at the desk actually working while others talk about gossip.

        Long wait time compared to any urgent care. You'd be better off just doing that. HORRIBLE music being played by staff. Hours of torture. Call center lacks professionalism. Will be transferring care elsewhere. This is the worst "healthcare" I've ever received.
