Just had a crown put in at Zealous Dental. New dentist and new experience. Everything went well and was surprisingly not as uncomfortable as I had expected. Good people and good work. I'll be back in August. I recommend them.

My experience was horrible. I. I made a cash deposit because my insurance didn't cover it and I had to pay cash, but my tooth hurt so bad I had to.And made an appointment to get a tooth pulled. But before my appointment I got more dental coverage. I walked in for my appointment anxious to get my hurting tooth pulled finally. I told the lady I called and got more dental coverage and she told me I didn't. When I sat there and noticed they were taking people back soon as they came in, I told the lady I can pay for in cash, I don't want insurance to hold me up. Then I sat there more while they took care of people. After an hour the guy came out and asked me if I have a new policy. I said " yes". The gentleman disappeared again so I left. This was a very derogatory act, and I don't appreciate it. Oh yea and there was no urgency to return my cash deposit. Actually I went weeks later a requested it or I have no idea if I would of even got it. I made a cash deposit and appointment, went in with cash. There was no for me to wait they were not busy. The lady shoved me to the side while she help other people because she was confused about my insurance and was afraid she wasn't gonna get paid. I guess I didn't look like I could pay,even after I made a deposit and appointment to.
