The people are great and the opportunity was a blessing but the program at the time was jus coming together they were very close minded and a few of their staff is a little over the top with their attitudes and the way they treat clients I personally had a bad experience with the program due to decoach we own mistakes I went from being a very accomplished program participant that was transitioning to continue my treatment to being a wanted fugitive who was kicked out of the program due to their lack of individualized treatment and personal client care I was told I was transitioning to a new phase and leaving the inpatient treatment for outpatient treatment then once I left they turned the tables on me and lied said I walked away and left the program and then terminated my participation in a whole decoach is a striving facility with compassionate treatment but their completion percentage, length of program, and after care options was horrible utterly less than 5 percent in all three categories if you need somewhere to get off the streets or outta jail decoach is your place but as far as getting your life together they really let me down Im highly unsatisfied and credit them to the biggest mistake I ever made in my life thanks decoach

I have had a great experience with coach and still do I really like the people they're extremely nice and they've always been nice to me please don't ever close it in Hamilton cuz I don't know what I'd do cuz I really like the people thank you
