Absolutely do not ever rent from Full Circle or from Dennis. Thankfully the property I live at is being managed by better people and will probably keep better track of records around here. Constantly getting notices that we didnt pay rent, didnt pay water, didnt submit our renters insurance, late fees, etc. We disputed every single one. The first few months we were told we never paid our security deposit. How would you have rented out to us if we didnt pay the security deposit?! No one was ever in the office. No one returns phone calls. I also highly doubt Sofia Tyree even exists. It took a couple weeks just to get a response to renew our lease. I wasnt surprised when I saw the other reviews. Turns out, Dennis has dementia. You need to retire and stay away from property management.

Dennis Swartz is extraordinarily rude, condescending, and unprofessional, to say the least. We own condos in communities Dennis (Full Circle Property Management) used to manage. The entire complex fell into disrepair because Dennis would rather aggressively fight with owners than work together to upkeep the community. We paid $187 condo fees per month and he would outright refuse and/or lie about getting roofers out to repair active roof leaks, which were prevalent throughout the buildings in the community. We have since moved onto new management who are much better and are totally replacing all roofing in the complex. Beware of Dennis and his management companys handling of your money and properties.

Poor communication, organization, and responsiveness. We rent and our basement flooded a few times. The longest we waited for it be cleaned was 4 days. I was once told I would have to wait till Monday on a weekend because it is expensive to be done over a weekend. I still had water in my basement when I was told this. I have asked for some sort of inspection to make sure the basement does not flood. I got written confirmation that they would send a 3rd party professional to clean and inspect the pipes where the flooding was occurring. They came once and Full Circle, Rickert at the time, acted like it never happened. We have put in several maintenance requests that had no response. Not even that they were denied for being unreasonable or something. They just don't respond. When they do respond, it is usually a long time even if it is an "emergency." We now have a new property management for the same unit. The new property management reached out to Full Circle to get their copy of the keys and our lease. Full Circle had no record of our lease and did not have a copy of our keys, even though maintenance has used them in the past. Luckily we had a copy of our current lease and the owner/manager, Dennis, still claimed that we never signed a new lease. I have been in a dispute with them over rent being paid. This dispute started with their own records showing that they owe me money but they denied it. Dennis ghosted me and would not return my emails and voicemails over several weeks. The day before our last day with them, I got a response from an employee saying "Our office no longer manages your property." They still were our property managers for the next 24-48 hours and was trying to resolve a dispute with them. Dennis eventually said he would work on it then hasn't responded for months. I have shown up to Full Circle to talk to Dennis and apparently he is only remote. If you need to speak to Dennis for any reason, you will likely never be able to speak to him. Dennis is also very unprofessional when responding to emails and will not accept blame. He will only blame the tenant and run away from problems. If you plan on using this company, I highly recommend to record your own ledger on payments and charges. DO NOT TRUST their record keeping. We have also had times where they "misplaced" our rent and accused us of not paying it.

If youre a rental property owner and looking for a property management company then turn around and look the other way. If youre a renter and looking for a place to rent consider something else. There is almost never anyone in the offices of these properties. I have counted 38 times the office has been locked and shut down during office hours in the 17 months Ive lived here. And thats just when I wanted to go in to ask questions. Nobody is here to show possible renters the units, nobody to help the renters with maintenance requests, nobody to let me rent a garage. So Whether you are a renter or a property owner you will be let down by full circle property management.
