The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They went over the policy details and I didn't feel "rushed". They took their time to explain everything. Thanks so much Diana and Todd!!! Todd and his team are the best! I was shopping for auto and home insurance and he was able to save me a substantial amount of money with the same coverage levels I had. Plus with the savings add additional coverage I was interested in for a fantastic low rate. Todd helped me navigate the setup of my new policy and took the time to explain everything. He made switching insurance providers extremely easy and I don't think you will find a customer service experience for insurance anywhere. I'm extremely happy with my new coverage.
