        I have had NOTHING but awful experiences with allstate. they will fight tooth and nail not to do anything. ive filed two claims in the time that ive been with them, both hit and runs. I had the first on video, including the person walking into their house nothing. the second time i filed a police report cause i figured that would help. THEY NEVER ADDED IT TO THE CLAIM. I gave them all the info they asked of me at the time and they did nothing with it. Now, 3 months after the claim was originally filed my car is finally in the shop. They are currently trying to get me to pay a deductible and possibly raise my rates when I am NOT AT FAULT, and the other party already admitted to the crash.
