        A very nice and friendly branch! Online said I could not get a temporary card and the young lady said it was not true. Issued me a temporary card, I was able to withdraw money for fuel, since I had lost my wallet. And even ordered me my replacement card identical to the one I had lost. And it is just as she stated come into the branch when losing your card you will receive your replacement card faster in 2-3 days rather than 9 when you call the online banking. And you will be issued a new temporary card to use that will automatically delete and stop working once you receive your replacement card.

        Absolutely one of the worst us bank branches in central columbus. Rick Wolfe has horrible atrocious customer service skills and this bank takes zero accountability and attention to detail. Unprofessional tellers, they dont know how to look up accounts are impolite and rude, and have no consideration for their customers. This is a common theme unfortunately at many of the us bank branches in Columbus. Theres us zero professionalism, and incompetence and they dont care at all. Apparently asking questions about your account, is unacceptable at us bank branch locations. overall I will be happy to leave this bank behind me.
