Ive been living here since 2019 and let me say I love it. Ive been working with Jana since day one and shes literally amazing. Very quiet community and friendly neighbors. Everyone at the leasing office is very helpful. Deff recommend.

Regency Arms is a nice, clean and friendly environment. Playgrounds for kids, pools and always has parties and get togethers for the holidays for the families and kiddos. Not only are they understanding but have compassion. All the workers in the office are amazing! The management there definitely have everything together and will take care of you. Best place I have EVER lived! If it wasnt for me buying a house, I would have stayed there forever. Thank you regency Arms Ill never forget you guys.

I applied for an apartment here and was charged $50 for an application fee and another hundred for a holding fee if I got approved for the apartment so starting out I had to pay $150 on an apartment. I dont even know if I got at the time I didnt receive the apartment so they said they would mail me the hundred dollars back within a few weeks I had already moved and I imagine that it took them months to get that check back to me. With that being said, I just contacted Ritas and asked them where my money is I never received the check. This woman is telling me to contact the bank. I dont know what banking system that you he wouldnt even give me a check number to assist me on it, so what she does is quit answering the phone instead of trying to help me get my money back why are you taking $100 from somebody if they dont even get the apartment in the first place. So now Im bout to call the police report, Regency arm for theft. At this point this company cant even help me let alone on the part that they did how do you does not except any accountability for this? The leasing agent couldnt even give me a number to their corporate office Or any assistance to get this rectified and Im over it if theyre stealing money from people, I could only imagine what else they do I would advise for anyone to move here, or trust what they say because theyre in the business of stealing and then putting it off on someone else
