Highly disappointed that they can not help tornado vivtims by picking up extra trash because they can not get out of the truck. Told me to take my trash to them on Saturday. Not pleased that they will not help this devestates area for just one to two weeks with extra pick up.

Somehow my trash cans never make it back upright. Always thrown in the ditch or on their side half in the roadway and half in the driveway. Simple two extra steps to don't the right way instead of the ready,set, toss, Aim approach

Called because they didnt take my trash at all everyone else on the street had empty dumpsters. I pay my bill. They said someone would be out that day to collect low and behold almost five days later its still sitting there and now they wont take my calls on days theyre open and theres no call wait time? Really?? Ill be skipping my bills if you guys just arent going to take the trash anyways.

Horrible customer service. Driver failed to pick up our dumpster on 2 occasions. When I tried to explain to the inside rep she told me it was our fault for not having our dumpster outdoors. When I explained its a business and a dumpster, she again said it was our fault and we need to set our trash out the night before. Weve had Rumpke service for years..we wont anymore. Service: Trash removal & disposal

I don't recommend working or applying for this company as they give you the run around of your applying, by saying they will call you. I've been getting the we will call you for 2 months now and still not receive a call about my application. Poor communication..
