        Roto-Rooter came to my home on a Saturday and repaired a broken Flange and Pipe that another company had damaged. Colt was fantastic he worked quickly and charged a fair price. He quoted me a little over $300 to come back and set my toilet on Sunday when my flooring was complete... Called Roto-Rooter to have them dispatch him and they said that he would be coming out as soon as the job he was working on was complete. I WAS EVEN TOLD THEY WOULD HONOR THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED DAY BEFORE... They were supposedly going to send another technician besides Colt since he was not able to come out ( stuck on another call). Which I agreed was ok as long as they'd honor the price. They never showed and I waited hours for them to send someone.. They rescheduled me for the following day which was Monday 2/26 for a time that worked best for me.. I WAS ON THE SCHEDULE. Techs never showed and didn't even bother to call me I HAD TO CALL THEM.. So second time they cancelled on me. Then, this morning they called told me they can't honor the price that I was quoted on Saturday and that they would have to charge me the full amount which was DOUBLE what I was quoted and that they spoke to "higher ups" about honoring it and said that Colt would have to come back on Saturday. I only have 1 bathroom in my home and I have kids!! I told them this and they did not care. Never using Roto-Rooter ever again. $600+ to set ONE toilet is a joke. Corporate greed at its finest.

        Called about our sump pump backing up and water in our crawlspace. Our plumber, Colt, came in and got to work right away. In less than an hour, the pump was fixed. Colt was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the visit. I would recommend using them to everyone.
