        Dr. Bruner and her entire staff were very welcoming and professional. I was in for a medical eye visit. Dr. Bruner was so thorough with my care, I was feeling better within a day of my visit. They really care about their patients and want the best for them! They also have a beautiful facility! Thank you to all of you for what you do!

        This office is wonderful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff are super professional and friendly. My daughter loved getting her glasses and they made it fun for her.

        Patient beware, this place will charge you for unnecessary services. I went in for an appointment 2/19/24 so I could have more contacts ordered. That is all I needed. When it was time to pay the bill I seen that they charged me for an unnecessary fitting, and optic nerve exam that I declined and was NOT covered by my health insurance.

        Customer Beware!!! I have noticed a couple other reviews comment on the same concern I have with Drs. Dickman / Bruner or professional eyecare. I assume their all one in the same.. I have been a customer for many years. I have noticed that over the past 10 years that prices have become ridiculously high. I am a retired, pay out of pocket customer. My last pair of glasses took 6 weeks to get and cost $985.72, paid upfront to get a discount. A week after I received my glasses, LolI received another bill for an additional $47.79 from Drs. Dickman / Bruner for the Optomap Plus I have had this mapping done over the past but is was a flat fee of around $40.00. They sent a bill to my insurance company for this mapping It appears to me that someone has found a way to get money from my medical insurance to increase profits and hit the customer with an additional charges after the fact. So, it may sound like Im a little upset over this charge I am. I have done some additional checking in the area and found a couple places that I could have got all this done for 50% less cost. I have made my last visit to Drs. Dickman / Bruner.. Customer Beware!!!!
