They have never once gave me an accurate balance on my account. They say u get a percentage of non pin
transactions, yet have yet to see this happen. Bank is very out of date and behind on times. U can't contact them unless u contact them over phone and during business hours. Very insufficient on keeping balance up to date and then charge reduculouse fees. So be ready to balance that checkbook everyday. Annoying and inconvenient. The worst banking experience I've ever had and I can't wait to get my direct deposit going elsewhere and to be done with greenville federal.
