My husband was hit by a drunk texting driver. This ambulance chasing firm, contacted us, after a family friend contacted them. The attorney came on like gang busters saying he, too, had been hit by a chunk of cement, off a construction truck, and that he "won big bucks, so I know the ropes." He said he was going for an astronomical amount. Instead he rushed us into a 100,000 settlement. The attorney passed away shortly after. Upon his passing, My husband passed, as an eventual result of the accident. This law firm would not return my calls. I now have 2 million in medical bills, no husband, and have learned that the attorney KNEW he was dying when he told us we had to settle. His law firm also was listed as attorney on record for the drunk texting driver's father at the time of the accident according to internet searching. This former JAG attorney did not come through for a fellow brother in arms, former green beret. Can we say conflict of interest? DO NOT TRUST THEM

Lawyers are bad enough, let alone the ones Im paying that dont even seem to care about fighting for me or even believe my side...what am I paying you for? They charge as much as a high end law firm with half the results...they just want the quickest and easiest resolution, not the best one for the client. Went to them because a friend of the family used them. Wont ever give them another dime.
