They take their time getting my two year old used to the dentist. They never push opinions and make everything a breeze. Friendly front desk staff. Dentist seems like he enjoys his job.

2024: This dental office continues to impress me, while taking care of my children's dental needs. Every single staff member here is friendly, from the receptionist, office manager, hygienists, and dentist. What I am more impressed by is Dr. Pingels motivation to think outside the box and get to the root of issues vs treating the signs. He always takes time to answer all of my questions and is happy to have conversations. The hygienists always talk to my kids, making them feel important and heard. Hands down, best pediatric office around, maybe even in the state 2021: We started at this dental office right after covid hit.at that time we were super impressed with everything about this dental office. Today was our first visit in a more normal world again. I have to say, I was even more impressed to see the office functioning at normal capacity in comparison to during covid restrictions. There were several families in the office for appointments. I anticipated we would have a lengthy wait, but this was not the case at all. The staff is incredibly efficient while also being extremely kind and kid centered. My kids really feel like this is THEIR doctor, not mine. All of the staff address the kids first and adult second which helps build confidence and comfort with the kids. Each step of the process at this office is a wonderful, from the front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Pingel.
