Cleveland Clinic - Sports Medicine Center

The receptionist for radiology is lazy, rude, and plain stupid. Winded from walking a few steps to the gowns next to her. Gave me attitude while out of breath because I gave her my name before she was "sitted down". Her dumb*** words, not mine. Crazy they let any idiot with no common knowledge in the medical industry now.

Had outpatient surgery today with the ambulatory surgery center. Nurses were phenomenal, anesthesiologist listed to my worries and made sure he took extra care with me. Did a block prior to the OR and talked though the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable, block was so good that I came out of surgery not needing any pain meds whatsoever. Staff in the OR were caring and made sure I knew everything happening, down to the anesthesia going in the IV. PACU nurse was the same as pre op, which made it more comfortable as she knew all about me. I was in and out in 4 hours, and I am still pain free from the block..

The staff was amazing. The front desk employees directed me exactly where to go. I was I greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked me in and directed me to take a seat. There was one funny point during my wait. I was scrolling though my phone and someone said loudly "get off Facebook!" I was like uh  hahah my wait time wasn't too long and I was advised they would be out shorty to get me as they were setting up the equipment. They brought me a wristband while i waited. I was taken back to the ultrasound room where I was getting steroid injections in both knees. The doctors introduced themselves and were very friendly. I was advised of all side effects and how long everything would take to kick in and when I would need to do it again. They cared about my comfort as I had never had this procedure before and made me feel at ease. The whole process was relatively quick. The facility is very clean. I would recommend. Also easy to find and right off the freeway.

Every time I go for a ordered X-ray they act like they can't do it I got their at 645 they close at 730 they tryed to send me. Away saying provider in express cares busy then I said I'm not here for provider xray they said ok

None of the people at the front desks (3) were able to schedule my follow up appointments. How is that possible? What are they paying those people to do? Two of the desks were in the offices of the appointments that I would be making.
