        We had an unusual situation as we had a family member who needed a moving company to finish packing and complete the move within a few days. An unexpected health emergency got in the way. From my first call with Stacey, who answered the phone for Allied Van Lines, Bedford Heights, OH, I knew this was the business we wanted to hire! They were accommodating, even with the short notice. The move went very smoothly and everything was delivered in great condition. The crew was very careful to protect the houses and items. They were efficient and great to work with. They are everything you would wish for in a moving company. Fair price. Great service. Amazing communication. Hire them! It is worth every penny!!

        The young gentleman working here do as they please. They are on their phone a lot, even though you pay by the hour, they dont mind texting and staying on their phones talking as they slowly handle your belongings as they please. Also before the job was complete they all went to hide out inside the truck to play on their phones and eat snacks, leaving one man to assemble furniture. I had to help him, while paying $335/ per hour while the others sat in the truck. It took well over and hour to assemble! I did send an email to the manager but still have yet to receive any response. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was great, the second time was not great. The job was done, and Im thankful for that, as I had no family To help me I had no choice but to hire someone. But I feel like they wasted my money by wasting time and playing around with their Phones all day, and staying in their truck instead of helping to finish the job by assembling the furniture.

        Class organization from getting a quote to listening to what was needed on a two stop move. The entire moving crew did an amazing job as did the Joe Z getting the deal in place. I would highly recommend this company and have used them many times personally and have referred them many times to my real estate clients.
