    Good, dependable,safe and courteous transportation to Medical Appointments. I have used On-The-Go for many years now. They have NEVER stood me up or made me late. I have used them for my son's appointments to Children's Hospital, for surgical procedures I had to have. They will go anywhere in Ohio or West Virginia if it is near the Ohio line. Clients must be on some kind of Medicaid. It can be your secondary insurance, just so you have it. That is how the ride is paid. It's just you and the driver. They wait on you so you don't get left stranded for hours waiting on another driver to pick you up. Great job overall!!

    Most of the drivers are great! There are a couple that the managers and the owner need to do an evaluation on based on their driving. Danielle, one the scheduling women is absolutely amazing, she is professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful every time myself or my fiance have called in to schedule our transportation for our appointments. The other woman that answers the phones on the other hand is RUDE! Every time either myself or fiance have called in and she is the voice on the other line we have to mentally prepare ourselves for the absolute worse customer service experience in our lives. You can hear a person's smile, their posture, and especially their attitude when you're speaking with them. Customer Abrasion is something any business that works with the public, especially in any sort of Healthcare know when the Agent/Individual actually had the willingness to help a customer achieve the outcome for the situation they have called in about. This woman acts and sounds like I'm inconveniencing her every time I call to schedule my transportation. I use this service daily right now due to my vehicle being broke down and I'm in Treatment. I have transportation scheduled for myself and my fiance scheduled 6 days a week for transportation. 2 days out of the 6;days a week we have scheduled appointment times may vary. That can't be helped, but she acts as if I can do something about it and pretty much lectures me, SIGHS REPEATEDLY to show her utter annoyance with having to change 2 scheduled trip times. She has also caused me to miss a scheduled medical/medication appointment by not putting me on the schedule, yet when I asked her to repeat and verify my transportation appointment schedule, as I do the same with Danielle, who again is great and shows her willingness to help, SHE REPEATS IT BACK TO ME AS IT IS SCHEDULED AND CORRECT, but it actually isn't correct, nor scheduled. The date rolls around, I'm up waiting for my ride and no one shows. I call to make sure the driver isn't lost or running late, TO ONLY FIND OUT.... I'M NO LONGER ON THE SCHEDULE. I'm also called a liar and told I never scheduled anything. Missing this MEDICAL APPOINTMENT COST ME 4 DAYS OF MEDICATION.The medication is a necessity in my life. I feel like this woman should be TERMINATED!! She knowingly and purposely LIMITED MY ACCESS TO CARE INVOLVING LIFE SUSTAINING TREATMENT. This is not only AGAINST THE LAW, IT'S IN VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. An attorney would have a field day with this woman and ULTIMATELY the owner of the company as well, which I don't agree with, but that wouldn't be something I can fully control. I can't remember this woman's name, but it begins with a D too, but it's not Danielle. I can't stress this enough, DANIELLE IS AMAZING. The other woman that answers phones needs TERMINATED. If anyone reading this has had similar experiences with this SCHEDULER, COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW OR PLEASE BY ALL MEANS..... POST YOUR ON REVIEW.
