The office is very clean and I am taken back to a chair immediately upon arrival. Dr. Jones and his staff are excellent dental professionals who are friendly and make you feel at ease. The most thorough teeth cleaning Ive ever had!

If all you need is a cleaning or a cavity filled then he might be about to help you out!  If you need any other dental work performed don't even bother going to him because he's a hack!  He installed a crown on one of my molars and in less than a year it rotted!  Next, I needed a root canal and of course he refused to do it and referred me to another hack which proceeded to screw up my root canal (reinfected in 2 weeks) and a root canal retreatment (only lasted 1 month and 1/2 before reinfected).  Next I needed the tooth extracted, guess what, he refused.  To make matters worse, he wouldn't refer me to the dentist who does unless I came in for a cleaning and bunch of x-rays extorting more money from me which does nothing to fix the problem and caused me to have to endure weeks of pain and suffering from the infection!  He only cares about the money and could care less about you!He's screwed up other people's teeth causing infections and a host of other problems.  If you're smart, you'll steer clear of this hack unless you like spending money on dental work.  I HAVE $2500 IN ONE TOOTH BECAUSE OF THIS HACK AND IT STILL ISN'T FIXED, HAD TO ENDURE A TON OF PAIN, AND FIND A NEW DENTIST THAT ISN'T TOTALLY USELESS!On a side note, Mountain State Oral is every bit as useless because they won't accept patients now without a referral.  You use to be able to schedule an appointment and have work done without one!  It's just one big scam with these dental professionals!Update: Found a new dentist and she's great ... does it all ... root canals, implants, extractions,, makes permanant crowns right there ... no waiting weeks ... just an hour or two and you have your dental work completed in one visit!  She's also much more professional than Hack Jones!
